We can’t do it for you, but we can provide the equipment, the environment and prescribe the exercises.

Our prescriptions for fitness combine cardiovascular conditioning with strength and functional movement, ideally taken three times a week. Humans are built to keep moving.

We use a carefully designed fusion of three Concept2® Ergs (ski, bike, row), world-leading pieces of equipment, along with a selection of weights and functional equipment.

Our classes deliver the prescription required for a full-body workout, providing both physical and mental health benefits. We teach good technique on the ergs and in our functional strength classes.

This a collaborative space, accessible, not elitist, where method and motivation gets every body at any age working.

Whichever class you choose, you’ll use 85% of your muscles and burn 800 calories.
